The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the residential house where the host lives. The guest house is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guest house as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guest house has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

Fishing licenses are available for purchase year-round. There is a swimming area within walking/cycling distance of about 1200 meters. Or a refreshing winter bath. Peaceful home where you can relax, fish and hike. The cottage is located in the forest, with about 500 meters to Hultasjön where there is a swimming area with a small beach and jetties. In Hultasjön there is also the possibility to fish, guests can arrange a fishing license according to the instruction in the house manual. The area is beautifully nestled by forest and green surfaces. In the area there are several nice hiking trails. Shops and service are within 10-15 minutes by car. In the immediate area there are also a wide range of different activities.

Welcome to our cozy year-round holiday home at Vemmentorpasjön about 8 km from Örkelljunga. Here you can relax and enjoy both swimming and comfortable walks in the forest or a more adventurous trip to Vallåsen (17km) or Kungsbyggets Adventure Park (10km) where there is downhill-MTB etc. The house is located on a hill overlooking meadows and woods and less than 5 minutes walk to the well-kept bathing area at Lake Vemmentorpa. Access to canoe that can be pulled down to the lake is included in rental.

Alpine skiing and Båstad resp. 25/45 min away. Lake Åsljunga is 1 km away with a jump tower and sandy beach. Lovely nature all around.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
