Stora härliga trädäck, vid huset samt direkt vid sjön, med nya trädgårdsmöblemang. Möjlighet att hyra kanot och roddbåt samt låna 2 cyklar.

Tillgång till båt finns för mysiga fisketurer eller att ta en tur längsmed Helige Å som kan vara en magisk upplevelse. Här kan du sitta och mysa både inne vid de stora panoramafönstren eller ute på altanen och njuta av utsikten över sjön. Perfekt stuga för fiske eller avkoppling men ändå nära till Växjö (20 km) där butiker och restauranger finns.

Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

This is a old barn that is easy renovated. We have internet and tv with chromecast, however its not always that it works. If you need tv or internet to survive we recommend that you search for something closer to city. This house/ cottage suits family’s who wants to be close to nature. The house is 100meters from the sea Helgasjön. Fireplace directly by water is provided when asked. We speak German and English. We do have boats with 5 to 10ps engines that can be rented by guests.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.

Ett unikt och rofyllt boende mitt i skogen. I detta trädhus bor ni uppe bland träden på en lugn och stilla plats med djur, fåglar och naturen som grannar. Här är ljudnivån tyst, det doftar skog och luften är ren. Söker du en plats att varva ner på har du hittat helt rätt. Huset är byggt av virke från samma skog som huset står i och isoleringen är hyvelspån från golv och väggar. För oss är det ekologiska och lokala viktigt att värna om.
