Spacious, cozy 4-room apartment on the 2nd floor with parking. Equipped with handicrafts and valuable originals in the Black Forest style. Unique view of the Sanagarten and the cathedral. On 100 m2 there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bathroom and a conservatory as a dining room. Garden sharing possible.Since2021you can use our gardensauna. The city center can be reached in less than 10 minutes walking. Ideal for athletes / peace seekers. Not suitable for children and animals.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200 m from the swimming area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am - 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. all year round.

The Waldlusti is a beautifully located apartment on the edge of the forest in the Singen district of Überlingen am Ried. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. With a wood-burning sauna*, heated hot tub*, grill, fireplace, hammock and covered terrace, it offers many opportunities for relaxation in any season. (*for a fee)

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Neue Unterkunft in Mehrfamilienhaus, Baujahr 2018 mit privatem Eingang zum Untergeschoss. Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.
