Our 2-room apartment with bedroom, bathroom/toilet and combined kitchen/living room on the first floor of a single-family home in Maria-Thann is 4 km from Wangen im Allgäu. Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

Apartment in Niederwangen in the Allgäu

The local recreation area of Niederwangen invites you to hike, run and cycle in summer. In winter, it serves as the perfect starting point for winter sports fans due to its proximity to the Allgäu Alps and the cross-country trails right in the village. The nearby Lake Constance, the cities of Lindau (17 km) and Wangen im Allgäu (4 km) offer a variety of sports and excursion possibilities, so that holidays are possible here all year round. The apartment is located directly on the bike path, from where you can start numerous tours.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a private sauna is also provided for your enjoyment.

Very quiet location. Terrace from which the sunset can be observed. Contact with animals is possible. We currently have donkeys, sheep and cats. Many excursions in the surrounding area. Very nice bike and hiking trails possible directly from the house. Lake Constance is just 15 km away. Short drive for excursions to the mountains and Lake Constance. Many hiking and mountain biking opportunities directly from the property. Guided mountain bike tours can be provided upon request, too.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Apartment in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis near Lake Constance between Wangen and Lindau. The beautiful medieval town of Wangen can be reached in 10 minutes by car and in 30 minutes by bike on idyllic bike paths. Start directly from the house on the Lake Constance-Königssee cycle path and reach Lindau in approx. 40 minutes by bike.

Ferienwohnung Penthaus

The Trauteheim consists of a total of 7 apartments which were built in a stable building from 1952. These impress with their original location right next to the over 800-year-old Nicholas Chapel, and on the other hand, the slightly elevated and thus exposed location offers a sublime feeling and far-reaching views of the countryside.
