Enjoy this spacious and comfortable apartment (4*), which is located on the first floor of a family house, in the bay of Žurkovo. The balcony offers a view of the sea and the local marina. There are beaches and a long promenade with bars and restaurants nearby. There is a parking space in the yard . It offers a great place for one-day trips throughout the year. Excellent location for a perfect holiday and close to many tourist and natural sights, coast, islands, peninsula of Istria.

The apartment is located in a quiet oasis with free public parking in the old town in the center of Rijeka, right behind the Governor's Palace, 100 meters from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral, on the ground floor of a historic building, renovated with love. A small garden for morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day is located in front of the building. Rijeka is a beautiful industrial city and much, much more. 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Rijeka. In the immediate vicinity there are several beaches, Pajol beach bar, park, Tower center (biggest shopping center in Rijeka) and city bus stop. In 65 square meters you have: living room, two bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and entrance hallway. The apartment is located on the attic. There is no built-in air conditioner, but there is a moving one. Free parking is easy to find in front of the building.
