Apartment NeboKraj, 6 minutes walk to the beach

The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 5 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

A paved walkway runs alongside the rocky coastline, flanked by sturdy stone walls and green railings. Street lamps stand at intervals, casting light along the path. Lush greenery rises in the background, providing a natural contrast against the rugged terrain and serene water.

Villa is located in a peaceful location just 300 m from the sea. In the green zone of the town surrounded by greenery and also boasts one of the most beautiful gardens of Lovran. Perfect for families with children who can move in fenced garden property Villas . It's close to the restaurants and supermarket. To the beaches 10 min walk, 5 min car. In our town the parking is still free! Guests can also use the villa's private parking, barbecue area, washing machine and free wireless. Welcome!

You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Beatiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with a wonderful view. Close to the town, a 10 minute walk with promenade by the sea. The beach Prva Draga is just 3 minutes away with a nice walk. Private parking place is right next by the apartment. Calm and quiet neighbourhood ideal for people who want to have a soothing and relaxing stay.
