At 15 min. drive from the beach, sea and dunes. The cottage has everything your heart desires. Downstairs there is a dining and sitting area. With a beautiful luxury kitchen. Outside you can relax on the sunny terrace or lounge area. The 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a 2nd separate toilet.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. An outdoor swimming pool; ala cart restaurant; supermarket; animation team; bike rental; laundry, and more. It is located within walking distance of the beach. Nearby are beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Schoorl's mountain bike course is 5 km away. Cities in the near area are Schagen and Alkmaar. In short, a holiday destination with plenty of possibilities.

A cozy holiday home perfectly located near the beach (200m), the dunes (25m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300m). The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. From the sunny terrace you enter the living room through a spacious hall. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxury kitchen. From the hall you also enter the room on the first floor with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and closet.

A private outdoor space features a wooden overhang with seating, suitable for relaxation. The area is decorated with plants and a patterned rug, while a barbecue is positioned nearby. Double doors lead into the interior, allowing for seamless access to the living area.

Welcome to our wonderful holiday home located in the beautiful town of Schoorl within walking bike distance of the forest the dunes and the sea. The house, completely renovated in 2020, is detached, has its own entrance, a small garden to the south with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 fine bicycles with gears for rent at the cottage.

Wildzicht cosy cabins is a unique homemade cottage on a quiet road in the middle of the bulb fields. The cottage has a view over the flower bulb fields and corn mill De Hoop van 't Zand. If you look closely, you can see the dunes of Callantsoog in the distance. The beach of Groote Keeten is a 10-15 minute bike ride away. The cottage is in the back of our yard and offers a lot of peace and privacy and has its own garden with veranda and picnic table.

It has a nice kitchen unit, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made up upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you, which you can use to your heart's content. Peace, and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Greetings.

Our lovely apartment Sara's Cottage is located in a top location in Egmond aan Zee near the beach, dunes and the cozy center. The apartment is wonderfully private and fully equipped. On the sunny terrace it is nice to stay after a day at the beach, a beautiful walk through the dunes or a fantastic bike ride in the area, to name a few examples.

Totally renovated house @city centre/harbour

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
