Med bilen tar du dig till centrala Göteborg på drygt 10 minuter. Du är snabbt inne vid Liseberg, Universeum, Ullevi, Kulturkalaset, Way Out West, Scandinavium mm. Vill du hellre använda kollektivtrafiken ligger busshållplatsen 200 meter från huset. Egen parkeringsplats och uteplats med grill.

Gavelradhus nära havet med solig uteplats!

Nyrenoverat radhus i Västra Frölunda, Åkered med bland annat gångavstånd till familjevänlig badplats, Näsets SK och mataffär. Ett perfekt boende för den som vill ha nära till både sol och bad såväl som stadspuls i centrala Göteborg. Huset renoverades 2021 och förutom sociala ytor inomhus finns egen uteplats med grill, som dessutom badar i sol från lunch till kväll! Bra förbindelser in till Frölunda Torg och därifrån vidare till centrala Göteborg. Fri parkering i området.

Nära havet i Lerkil med bad på klippor eller strand finns vårt fräscha gästhus på 3 rum och kök. Huset passar för 1- 4 personer och är utrustat med allt ni behöver, även för längre vistelser. Dessutom ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning och två cyklar. Ni får egen uteplats med grill och trädgårdsmöbler, här kan ni verkligen koppla av i lugn och fridfull miljö. Det är nära till fin natur, vandring och strövområden, cykling och fiske. Elbilsladdare finns.

Located in a calm but central location, close to parks, restaurants, a nice forest, a lovely playground, the sea/archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre and much more. Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago. The tram station and supermarket is around the corner of the house and the beautiful park Slottskogen is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Perfect for familys, travelers or just happy people. Vi har precis byggt ut och renoverat vår villa till ett stort, modernt och mysigt hem. Från vardagsrummet och köket är utsikten hänförande. På altanen finns spaavdelningen med spabad, bastu, kallvattentunna och utomhusdusch. Tomten gränsar mot skogen där det finns en lekplats med linbana, gunga, klätterrep, mm. Det är 10 minuters promenad till havet med en härlig sandstrand, lekplats och glasscafé.

Nybyggt hus (2019) på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

The exterior of the house is adorned with vibrant rose bushes and yellow flowers, creating a welcoming entrance. A stone pathway leads to the main entrance, framed by large windows that allow natural light to filter in.
