Il est entièrement équipé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, Nespresso, four, TV) et soigné. Terrasse désormais fermée ( véranda) qui offre une pièce supplémentaire. Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes, ...) Parking couvert et sécurisé + local 2 roues. WIFI. Il est situé à 2,5kms de la plage (parking gratuit ou piste cyclable devant la résidence).
