This quietly located studio apartment for 2 or 3 people is suitable for a short and longer stay. The property is located on an estate and is quietly situated in the countryside. There is a BBQ, hot tub, garden chairs, and an outdoor heater. Around the house 6 hectares with forest, garden, meadows and a beach with natural water in which you can swim. The estate is located along the Vechtdal route and close to the Pieterpad. A baby bed is available. There is a second studio, located in the same building, for 2 people.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. The Rembrandt House is located in the heart of the Vechtdal, on the edge of the Ommerbos and within cycling distance of the center of Ommen. No bike with you? You can use ours! The accommodation is about 3 kilometers from the station. This is also a start/end point of the Pieterpad. We will be happy to pick you up and take you (free of charge) by car to and from the station. About 400 meters away, you will find a supermarket and a snack bar where plate service meals are also served.

Het heeft een eigen tuin met zitje. Het heeft een prachtige keuken met onder andere een oven, koelkast en vaatwasser. Ook heeft het huisje een grote badkamer. Verder heeft het een grote eettafel met heerlijke stoelen en een woonkamer met tv en Netflix. Er zijn 5 slaapplekken boven en beneden is er een slaapbank.

We willen jullie dan ook uitnodigen tijd met elkaar door te brengen, te verbinden, elkaar verhalen te vertellen en samen nieuwe verhalen te creeeren. In the middle of the beautiful Vechtdal Overijssel, you will find our beautifully restored farmhouse from 1576. The farm is a national monument and is located on an old farmyard of over 20,000 m2. Organic fruits and vegetables are grown on the farm. There are horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats and many more wild animals. In short: a place for people and children who want to embrace the real outdoors and discover the beautiful area!
