Charming apartment with harbor and sea views, composed of a kitchen/living room with sofa bed (new), bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, back kitchen and entrance. Terrace equipped with incredible sunrises. Equipment: TV, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi. Small pets allowed. 2nd floor, no elevator. Beach 200 meters away. Cleaning fee €30. No smoking. Access: from Quai du Petit Nice, head towards Camping Joncal and go immediately to the parking lot on the left (access via Gate D).

Its interior is warm and neat, its decoration very harmonious. The living room and lounge overlook a small enclosed garden sheltered from the wind.
