広さ339㎡。元々はペンションだった建物をリフォームして、一棟貸しの宿にしました。リビング・ダイニングは広々２５畳以上！ソファーでも絨毯の上でも寝そべる事ができます。ハンモックは２種類あります！中庭にはバーベキュー場があります。屋根（開閉式）付きなので雨の日も安心！１Fにはフィンランド式サウナもあります！給湯器及びトイレは４台新品に交換済み！また、この建物はバリアフリーです。１Fは玄関から１部屋を除いて段差がありません。ＴＶは６５インチが２台。また、暖炉で焚火が楽しめます。お部屋は全部で１１室。全部屋ベッド仕様で３１台。３部屋には部屋内にTVがあります。そして大風呂は約25種類のミネラル分を持ち、生命力を高めるパワーストーン「ブラックシリカ」で濾過したお湯で温まれます。お食事はバーベキューや鍋を楽しんで頂けるよう、カセットコンロを１２台ご用意。網焼き、たこ焼き、鉄板焼きなど、アクセサリープレートも５種類。食器も豊富です。洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。標高1750ｍの環境で、春は新緑、夏は涼風、秋は紅葉、冬はスキーをお楽しみ頂けます。

It is a 600 metre walk to the Happo-one Gondola, 2km to Iwatake Mountain Bike Park and a 300 metre walk to Happo information centre.
