Toda la fachada del salón es acristalada, por lo que la sensación es la de estar en un barco. Además cuenta con chimenea y gran cantidad de libros para disfrutar de una lectura relajada mirando al mar. Ver el mar cómo entra y sale hasta el último jardín es un espectáculo alucinante. Cuenta con 3 jardines cuidados por la anfitriona con mucho mimo y cariño. El porche se abre al completo y se conecta directamente con la terraza y la cocina, pudiendo así hacer barbacoas al aire libre.
