The land is 5,000 meters with native forest and a swimming pool. It has a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, Bedroom 1 (full bed), Bedroom 2 (with bunk bed: for children) and fireplace. Great for a couple with small children. Nice views of the hills, wood-burning oven and grill. (To conserve water, towels are not included. Sheets are included).

La Tinaja uses 2 systems to heat the water, a wood-burning boiler and gas.
