Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Access to the lake is possible via a staircase that leads directly to the beach and the beach volleyball/bocce court and a BBQ area in a few minutes. The parking space in the back is super popular!
