An eldorado for top hiking enthusiasts with nearby peaks of over 1000m above sea level, such as Trolltind and Åbittinden, but also great for hiking in the terrain, summer and winter. Sunndalsfjella, Trollheimen, Innerdalen, Vinnutrappa, Prestaksla, Aursjøvegen and Eikesdalen are just a short drive away.

Hiking opportunities in the area are almost endless. Rental of rowing boat is agreed at least 1 week BEFORE check-in, for boat experts (summer only). The cottage is a perfect starting point for summit hikes summer and winter in beautiful Rauma with its majestic mountains. Short way to beautiful Skorgedalen with ski lifts trails in the winter.

Speilet at Grautaneset offers a nature experience a little out of the ordinary where you can unwind and relax. There are no neighbors here, only views and nature as if from a fairy tale. Grautaneset is located at the foot of the spectacular mountain Tustnastabben. On one side you have a view of the lake, on the other side you see straight up the mountain. Bring the one you love with you on this nature experience.
