Limestone houses close to the sea and culture.

Converted and newly renovated smithy in limestone located by the small parish road in Grötlingbo next door to the medieval Museigården Kattlunds. The house is part of our farm building where you have two own secluded patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floor with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in the extension with separate entrance.

Welcome to our cottage, about 30 square meters. Located on a nature plot. Everything you need is in the cabin, incl. wifi, dishwasher and washing machine. The beds are made on arrival and we take care of departure cleaning. The property is about 6 km from Visby, the distance to the host couple's own accommodation is about 70m. The "Annex" is a charming two-story property that has most things you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you get directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender etc. Breakfast in the green with bird chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the big chestnut with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" to curl under. Or why not play boule on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a pearl band of sandy beaches.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. A nice cottage in Vamlingbo near Hoburgen, Gotland's southern headland. The cabin has a spacious wooden deck with room for dining and coffee out south. Great opportunities for walks and bike tours on Sudret. Nearest swimming area at Kättelviken about 2.4 km along beautiful coastal road towards Hoburgen. Child-friendly sandy beach in Austre near Holmhällar rauk area about 8 min by car. To Burgsvik with shops, gas station and other service it takes about 10 minutes by car.
