We are a family with a big cosy house in the heart of Norway, and we would like to share it with you. Those who want to enjoy untouched beauty of nature, hike, visit a former olympic town of Lillehammer and spend some time in peace are welcome:)
“Aase is an amazing and a warm host. The house is full of character, vintage touches in every corner. Aase ensured to ask on our food allergies and habits and cooked perfect dinner(at an extra cost) and breakfast (included in the price). The surroundings of the house are very peaceful and a perfect Norwegian country house experience. We loved our stay at Aase'e house. Would be a perfect stopover to experience typical country side if traveling from Bergen to Oslo (Oslo airport is 2.5hrs from the house).”

“Incredibly cozy place! Old house with lots of charm. Warm and welcoming when we arrived. All the amenities we expect were there. It was a short way out in beautiful cross country tracks. All answers were answered promptly and well, and Bente was really nice :) Lent us the toboggan and answered everything we wondered. The beds were good and the rest of the house was a little adventure. Lots of details and put on with sense and style :) Recommended for those who want to stay in a peaceful place, go cross-country skiing and have the sense of the real and traditional!”
Guest room in my house near Lillehammer center on Søre Ål. I rent out my guest room which is with a door directly to the hallway at the front door. The guest room has its own toilet with washbasin, but no bath or shower, so this is mostly for short stays. (I rent an apartment upstairs that can be combined with this room as well.) Bus from the station: B2 direction Søre Ål (approx. 8 min.) Https://www.opplandstrafikk.no/Handlers/fh.ashx?MId1=2980&FilId= 8208
“Top host, Jakob made us feel very welcome and he went over and aboard by lending us some ski trousers as we didn't plan to go and didnt pack any. Top guy, views are really pretty and a short walk to the sky bar which we recommend! Thanks again Jakob”
