ДОМ С ВИДОМ НА МОРЕ !

Дом находится на берегу чёрного моря , буквально выйти за территорию и спустится по лестнице (10 ступеней ) . За ней песочный большой пляж !! До центра города 25 минут езды (вечером за 10 минут свободно можно доехать ). Соседи есть только по выходным , но их окна не выходят на территорию дома и прилегающую территорию !! Так же мы можем организовать рыбалку , а ещё каждое утро именно на этот пляж заходит баркас , привозит рыбу Которую вы затем видите на привозе в Одессе !!!

Второй этаж четыре кровати, людей могут четыре человек. Третий этаж двухспальный кровать и диван не раскладной, могут лечь три человека . Три санузла на первом на втором и на третьем этаже ! Терасса огромная К морю 10-15 минут ходьбы Рядом есть супермаркет Не далеко рестораны Юг и Рыбачёк

Lovely private two bedrooms spacious house for a family and friends getaway. The large kitchen includes all you need for meal preparation. There is a Queen bed, two single, and a convertible bed; combo shower/toilet; TV, washer, air conditioner in the house; an outdoor table next to house. Free parking. BBQ and outdoor swing are shared. There is another house on the territory in which the owners live. Friendly dogs live on the land, won't cause discomfort.

Уютный светлый дом на две спальни и два санузла, есть просторный балкон и не большой двор. На первом этаже прихожая и кухня-гостиная, удобный диван для просмотра ТВ. Рядом есть супермаркет, баня, до моря 7 минут пешком, центр тоже не далеко (около 20 минут на машине).
