Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

A spacious terrace is visible with a round table and two lounge chairs positioned on the tile flooring. The railing offers unobstructed views of the surrounding area, including rooftops and a body of water in the distance under a clear sky.
