The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
