You will stay in a nice and modern apartment with 35 m² of living space, private small kitchen, new bathroom and balcony on the second floor. The apartment complex with indoor pool and sauna in the house, ski and bicycle cellar, is very quiet and well maintained. Right in front of the house, the bus goes into the mountains. The Hörnerdörfer mountain railway ticket and fast Wi-Fi are available from me free of charge (value €40/person/day)

Please note: final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs 50 EUR, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linens, hand towels, dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (alternatively, bed linens and towels can be rented at the hotel for an additional fee). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, and in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

The apartment (approx. 27 square meters) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, stovetop, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. In addition to the price of the apartment, the spa tax must be paid to the municipality. This is 3 euros per person per night.

You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!
