Wunderschöne moderne 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad und Kellerraum. Mitten in der Natur auf unserem Aussiedlerhof mit unschlagbarem Alpenblick - und dennoch ganz nah (3 min) zum Stadtzentrum Ehingen und (17 min) nach Ulm. Mit etwas Glück kommen die wilden Rehe abends zu Besuch :-) Es gibt ein super bequemes Doppelbett und bei Bedarf könnten wir noch unsere Luxus Luma (25cm hoch) auf stellen. Man schläft dort super. Leintuch, Decken, Kisse etc ist natürlich alles vor Ort!

Die 50m² Wohnung ist in unserem Wohnhaus integriert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss links und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im großen Wohnbereich ist eine großzügige Küchenzeile mit einer Essecke, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Spülmaschine integriert. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem kleinen Fernseher, Regalwand und Boxspringbett (180x200) ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, der Markplatz ist in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and 2 armchairs. The apartment is in a very good location, the market square is a 3-minute walk away.

My Resilia consists of an old house dating back to 1887 and a top modern residential building. We have set up three bedrooms right there to maintain the safety of the old building. You can really feel the thick, clay plaster and wood. Shielded cables and SAMINA sleep systems allow for optimal sleep. The kitchen is the heart of the home, a sociable space where you can cook for yourself with high-quality equipment.

Grill something delicious on the sundeck or have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.
