Cozy tiny house with a patio

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

Seeberghäuser - House 1

Take a break and unwind. This red moonwooden house is located in a completely quiet residential area. Enjoy the sunrise over the eastern shore of Lake Ammersee from your own private terrace. The lake shore is just a few steps away. Welcome to the beautiful western shore of Lake Ammersee. The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

Our Sleeping Beauty - Vacation home in the Allgäu

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

Our beautiful accommodation offers a cozy home for relaxing and carefree days. 2 people will find everything necessary for a break in a small space: a fully equipped kitchen, a small, fine bathroom and an electric oven with a fireplace for cozy evenings. Overall, our tiny house is designed for sustainability: hot water and heat from solar energy. If you want to relax with other friends, you can rent the neighboring tiny house ;)

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples who love city breaks. Quietly located in the old town, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, services next door. Beautiful excursions, hikes a few kilometers away /Alpine edge/ There are 3 apartments in the house. On the 3rd floor is the apartment, modern equipped kitchen, bedroom, dining area in one, next door is the bathroom with washing machine. Wifi is of course available. Welcome.:)

Happyshome

Happyshome is an extraordinary vacation home in an old, lovingly renovated workshop hall. You have a private sauna in the former chip tower, a private garden and a warm outdoor bathtub on the terrace, as well as a barbecue, fire bowl and a fireplace in the living room where you can also cook. Pets are welcome and service or various packages can be booked upon request. Families feel just as comfortable here as friends or couples.

Time out on the Lech

Stylish small vacation apartment in an absolutely quiet location, with a terrace and a small garden close to nature near Lech. You can reach the reservoir, where you can also swim, in five minutes by foot. Enjoy your morning coffee with sunshine on the terrace in the back garden and a cool beer by the river in the evening. We would be happy to advise you in detail on possible activities on site.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
