On three floors, the house can accommodate up to 10 people, with three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living area with an open kitchen and an inviting reading corner in the bay window. The outdoor area is a real highlight: relax on the 100 m² terrace with heated pool, enjoy a glass of wine in the stylish pool arbor with smart TV or barbecue with friends in the outdoor kitchen.

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
