La casa es amplia, luminosa y rodeada de espacios verdes en una comunidad muy tranquila. A muy corta distancia de la casa podrás nadar en la piscina de agua de mar climatizada en un entorno de jardines y vegetación exuberante justo al lado del mar.

It is located right in front of the Atlantic Ocean, although you have to park and walk approximately 200 meters to the house including some steps. Nice friendly local neighborhood.
