Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden hot tub! Try the grill! On hot summer days, a garden pool can bring relief. (Ø 3.6 m)

The 160 m2 stylishly furnished villa, located directly on the lakefront, awaits its guests with spacious rooms, a huge 75 m2 covered terrace, a 5-person jacuzzi, and an infrared sauna! We can accommodate 7 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 more people in the living room if needed, +1 extra bed is available. It is centrally located, close proximity to shops, bus stops, market, playground, hospital, Pláza shopping center. Parking is 320 HUF/hour from 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, free on weekends. Close to downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Only people in the reservation can stay in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for parties, so it is not allowed. Observance of house rules is mandatory for everyone.
