A renovated attic with its own private garden

Le Grenier des Guissinnières is the former granary of a large farmhouse. Converted into a cottage that combines traditional and contemporary, it is accessed by an independent external staircase that passes above an old bread oven. This cottage has its private garden which leads to a shared pool with "la Vieille Maison" the other cottage on the property (ground floor of the building). The swimming pool is available June to September. Cottage equipped with Velux with blackout blind.

Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on the floor completely separate from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, a microwave and a bathroom. Please note, there is NO cooktop. Le Haut Gué is a set of former farm buildings set in peaceful countryside in the Loire Valley, some 20km north of Saumur. The separate apartment comfortably accommodates 2 people (note - double bed). The large (12mx6m) heated pool is available for guests use from May to September. Excellent base for exploring the Loire chateaux, Saumur, Angers, Tours. Good location for Le Mans 24 Hours or Le Mans Classic.
