Built with traditional craftsmanship and natural materials, it provides a bright, welcoming space for up to 10 guests. Close to hiking and biking trails, cross-country trails and ski lifts. The large living-dining kitchen with long dining table, cooking island, open fireplace, 55" TV, flipchart if required, 2 balconies, barbecue and fireplace outside, invite you to get together with friends/family or meetings with colleagues and business partners.

Ideal for mountain bikers, hikers and bikers who like to use the mountain road on weekends. NOT available for parties. With good winter sports conditions, ski in, ski out. The town of Wieden itself is within walking distance. The Hotel Wiedener Hof (about 5-8 minutes) is open and has very good cuisine. No pets allowed. Cleaning costs €90 on site, obligatory.

Welcome to Albtal Menzenschwand! Here you can hike, swim, ski, enjoy stars, visit World Heritage Sites or make campfires and relax in the award-winning Revitalbad. Old carpentry shop at the nature reserve

The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
