Studio indépendant récemment rénové de 20m2 au sous sol de la maison principale, avec entrée indépendante (chambre et sdb privée). Le studio ne possède pas de coin cuisine. Équipé d'un mini frigo, micro onde, cafetière à piston, bouilloire, thé. Situé au calme sur les bords du Cher et à 7 mn en voiture du centre ville de Tours, à 15 mn en vélo. Donc si vous chercher de la tranquillité à deux pas la ville , c'est ici ! Possibilité de se garer dans la cour de la maison. Terrain fermé.
