Från vardagsrum, sovrum, balkong & brygga ser man ut mot Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall och Sollidshamn. Det finns underbara klippor & natur för promenad och vandring. Havet runt Hälleviksstrand är perfekt för gäster med egen båt eller havskajak. Sjösättningsramp finns 300 m från huset. Parkering ingår ca 150 m. från huset. Lakan, handdukar ingår. Städning går köpa till.

Huset med två lägenheter ligger ett kort stenkast från strand och badplats med klippor och bryggor. Detta boende avser nedre lägenheten i huset. Vandringsleden startar direkt utanför grinden och ni kan vandra upp i bergen eller mellan byarna på Orust. Fastigheten ligger i syd/sydväst läge med sol från morgon till sen kväll. Nybyggd stuga alldeles vid havet med stor brygga och egen båtplats. På bryggan är det gjort för att man ska kunna njuta hela dagen, då det finns solstolar, badstege, utemöbler och grill. På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Underbar stuga med uterum som har havsutsikt

Vi hyr ut vår stuga som är en riktig pärla året om. Läget är perfekt med 5-10 minuters promenad till salta bad och fina utsiktsplatser. Med bilen tar du dig på 20 minuter till Marstrand och 35 minuter till Göteborg och vi rekommenderar att man har bil. Stugan är äldre och enkel men har delvis renoverats under vintern 2025. Den ligger på en vacker naturtomt och har ett uterum med altan som har havsutsikt. Huset passar barnfamiljer, kompisar och par. Max 4 vuxna men fler om det är barn.

This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Vårt parhus i Mollösund Tången är ett semesterboende med det lilla extra. Huset är modernt och välutrustat med allt som behövs för en trivsam semester i hjärtat av Bohuslän. Huset är dimensionerat för att 6 personer ska kunna bo bekvämt men det går att få plats med ytterligare 2-3 personer vid behov. I priset ingår tillgång till vår sjöbod och Tångens privata badplatser. Nybyggt hus (2019) på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
