Indenfor fordeler indretningen sig på 55 kvm og her kan du forvente et nyere køkken fra 21´, badeværelse fra 24´ og et hyggeligt indrettet alrum. Der er 2 identiske soveværelser, som begge har en dobbelt seng (160cm). Udenfor kan du nyde dagen på den 85kvm store træterrasse, som er bygget i 24´. Welcome to our little paradise! Our summerhouse is located approx 150 m from the staircase to the beach. The house is very cosy & the garden is a tranquil oasis between fields & forest. Bakery & fish store 5 min walk from the house. Very cute town Tisvildeleje 20 min bicycle ride away. Built in annex with own entrance and toilet. The house is perfect for 2 families/2 generations. Five grownup bicycles available for guests. Please note no smoking inside or on the property. No parties.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Lækkert sommerhus i første række

Huset ligger nærmest direkte til vandet, på blind vej uden stejle skrænter. Bedre beliggenhed er svær at finde. Sommerhuset blev bygget for 15 år siden, og har 3 dejlige soveværelser med udsigt til havet, en skønt køkken-alrum, også med udsigt til havet. Et stort badeværelse, et ekstra toilet, og en udendørs bruser. Huset rummer desuden et bryggers og en rummelig gårdhave, hvor man kan sidde i læ de dage hvor det blæser. Her nyder man livet og slapper fuldstændigt af. Velkommen.

Her skal I bo. En dejlig første sal med to solrige værelser og stor stue med brændeovn. Der er fri adgang til den sydvendte gårdhave med udekøkken kun 100 m. til klitterne og den skønne Liseleje strand. Underetagen er til privatbrug, hvor jeg selv bor. Adgang til sauna med udkig direkte i haven. Der er to minutters gang til købmanden og bageren, basket banen eller den unikke legeplads Havtyren. Ta' på tour i Troldeskoven, nyd heden eller Nordsjællands bedste mountainbikespor.

Stort nyistandsat gæstehus fem minutters gang fra dejlig badestrand. Beliggende midt mellem havnebyerne Hornbæk og Gilleleje, der begge byder på smuk natur, forretningsmiljø og spisesteder. Huset er beliggende tæt på offentlig transportmuligheder og dagligvarebutik. Boligen er total renoveret i 2023 og består at stue med brændeovn, køkken, entre, to soverum og badeværelse. Dertil høre lukket gårdhave med eftermiddags og aftensol samt forhave med morgensol.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks
