Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Uusi saunamökki (20 m2). Mökissä tupa keittiöllä, matala parvi, sauna ja pukuhuone. Jäähdytin kesälle. Laituri uimaportailla, pieni hiekkaranta, soutuvene, pelastusliivit, ulko-wc, pysäköintialue, pihavalot tunnistimilla, nuotiopaikka, uusi kaasugrilli ja grillikota. Keittiössä on erillisuuni, keraaminen liesitaso, mikro, liesituuletin, jääkaappi/pakastin ja led valot. Juomavesi tuodaan valmiiksi mökille. Terassilta käynti paljuun. Palju on varattavissa erikseen. A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.
