A warm welcome awaits

Our charming bedroom has a queen bed, sofa, bistro table and chairs and is close to beach access at Southey Point as in our cover pic.The bathroom has a newly installed shower, washbasin and composting toilet. There is a closet and an outside deck space. Although the space doesn’t have a kitchen, there is a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster for the convenience of our guests and continental breakfast items are provided. We look forward to welcoming guests to this idyllic part of the world.

Serene & rustic, rural farm life experience

We're located in a rural setting, ten minutes north of Duncan. This a two acre property on the base of Mt. Prevost and Mt. Sicker, intermittently run as a hobby farm with various farm animals, along with the family dog (Sawyer) and cat (Finnegan). Hiking trails nearby. Ten minute drive to shopping centre and downtown Duncan. Direct highway access and scenic rural routes. Excellent location for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) a nice rural farm experience!

In a quiet suburban neighbourhood, a renovated, modern, clean suite with: 1 private BR w/ 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 bathroom w/ tub, a full kitchen, and a laundry room. A five minute drive to downtown Duncan. There is a private entrance with a patio, and a parking spot outside your door. The suite is bright and cheerful, one bedroom with a double sofa bed in the living area. It is fully furnished with a full kitchen, complete bathroom facilities and washer/dryer. The suite is totally self contained with its own private entrance. Linens, towels, shampoos and utensils are provided. We are at the foot of Mt. Tzouhalem (Zoo-Halem), a popular hiking/mountain biking and walking destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Our suite is inspected and legal.

Mount Tzouhalem Lookout

Welcome to our listing and the Cowichan Valley. We overlook Quamichan Lake, and are located midway between salt water at Maple Bay and the city of Duncan (each are a six minute drive away). We are also midway between Nanaimo and Victoria (1 hour drives). For bikers and hikers the Mt. Tzoulhalem (Kaspa Road) trailhead is 600m away (we provide bike lockup). Our rate is for 2 guests. Additional guests are $50 per night. Sorry, we're not child-proofed.
