Bien situado junto a la Universidad y a un paso de la ciudad de Murcia. Además se accede muy fácilmente en coche por tener la circunvalación al lado. It is a rustic house built on the city walls by peasants with farmlands in the Moratalla valley that has been modified over time to accommodate modern tastes.
