Leilighetskomplekset er fra 2018 og leiligheten ligger i 6.etasje med heis. Fra leiligheten er det kun 20 minutter gange til Bjørvika, hvor du kan se Operaen, Munchmuseet, Oslo S, med mer. Alternativt kan du ta en buss dit på under 10 minutter. Bussene går hele tiden rett utenfor leiligheten. Leiligheten byr også på gode turmuligheter med nærhet til Ekebergparken

Et helt spesielt sted på en liten øy med broforbindelse og i gangavstand til sentrum. Våkne til bølgeskvulp og fuglekvitter og forfriskende morgenbad. 3,5 km å gå til Munch-museet og Operaen. Bussen går rett utenfor døren - tar ca 11 min til du er midt i sentrum og i Karl Johans gt. Avslutt kvelden med et kveldsbad/promenade langs strandkanten eller bare nyt utsikten fra vinduet. Helt nytt bad med kombinasjonen av regnfall- og massasjedusj. Tilgang på kajakk eller SUP-brett og vest (size: M+L)

A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. Welcome to Malmøya, a scenic Island in central Oslo. The nearest convenience store, Malmøya Lanthandel, is 10 min away by foot. The bus takes you from there downtown in less than 20 minutes. Malmøya is well known for it's ore foundation that gives rise to its scenic nature and surroundings. You can hike as well as bathe her throughout the year. Malmøya, and the city, is best experienced by bike or foot. We have a maid cleaning the property. You only need to throw out the trash.
