Because of the favourably location you are within 150 meters with your feet in the water. The sunsets over the water are pure magic. The ocean is just 4 km away! Perfect spot for watersports and to relax! For rainy days: inside the house you find a fireplace and we have many board games available. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

For the children, there is a nice play & water playground, outdoor swimming pool and also an indoor indoor swimming pool. From sailing, suppen, wakeboarding, water skiing to renting a boat, anything is possible. If you prefer to relax in the wellness or have a drink in the hospitality industry, this is also possible for you!

Through the French doors, you can walk into the spacious garden where you can enjoy the outdoors.
