Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful mountain rural setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small swimming pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with crisp white linens, complemented by a folded purple blanket. The room includes a modern shelving unit with colorful book spines, and natural light enters through a wooden window with decorative shutters.

The Burro House

Nivar is a hill village in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, which enjoys incredible views of the city of Granada and the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Nivar has a very well-regarded restaurant and two bars. There is also a pharmacy, estanco and two small supermarkets. Nivar is very quiet in the winter months, and gets a little more lively in the summer. The beach and the Sierra Nevada are less than one hour away by car and the city of Granada is about 20 minutes away.

The Albaicín is an emblematic neighborhood of Granada. Art and culture in its streets in pure state. You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

The exterior of the villa presents a modern design, featuring a spacious terrace with glass railings. A neatly paved pathway leads to a landscaped garden, while a private pool is visible in the background, surrounded by greenery.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

A welcoming porch area features two comfortable chairs and a sofa with decorative cushions. A small table is placed between the seating. The walls are adorned with various decorative items, and potted plants add a touch of greenery. A dining set is positioned nearby for outdoor meals.
