The view from the 8th floor is on the large windmills of Schiedam.

Amazing location - Modern designer apartment

A wonderful location for both business and pleasure. This apartment is located at the Kralingse plan; at the heart of Rotterdam’s upscale neighborhoods but most importantly its close to metro’s and across the road of Rotterdam’s main park; the perfect spot for jogging, sailing or picnic. Aside from finding ample recreational facilities right out the front door, shops and supermarket are just a stone throw away. Whereas the apartment itself is spaces at 80m2.

CHEZ ALET, Rotterdam center, Delfshaven

At 6 minutes walk is nice and quiet, historic Delfshaven. Nice to eat and drink. Walking routes to the center I can recommend and easily accessible by public transport. My apartment is, renovated, vintage furnished overlooking the Schie Canal. Layout: living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with very good double (M-line mattress) bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom/toilet television and a balcony.

My fresh renovated studio is a perfect place with all facilities you need. A bright, natural and well-balanced atmosphere makes this place a good stay for business or pleasure. The studio is complete private and has its own entrance. It’s a perfect place to explore Rotterdam and Schiedam. Rotterdam Centraal Station is just a 12-minute walk away—or if you’d rather not walk, Blijdorp metro station is 30 seconds from the front door. Vroesenpark is only a two-minute stroll, perfect for a morning jog, coffee or a picnic. You’ll also find a supermarket and a variety of restaurants right around the corner.
