Independent house, with outdoor area, private garage, on a closed street with 24-hour condominium security. The house accommodates an average of 8 people, has a laundry room, a full kitchen and is in an excellent location, close to Av. Brasil, train station and expressways. The space has internet and is ideal for people who come to work in the region. We have the flexibility to add beds, bunk beds and/or a sofa bed. Easy access to the city's main expressways, such as Av. Brasil and Transolimlica.

Huge house with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and suite, another with a single bed, an empty bedroom in which the guest can bring an inflatable mattress, the limit of people I put 3 due to the number of beds, but the house can accommodate more people, you just need to bring the mattress. It is close to the Beija-flor samba school's court, and has space for about 4 or 5 cars. The house has a huge backyard too. Large kitchen with all cooking accessories, refrigerator, stove and washing machine.
