This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is lent to private house (capacity for 5 ppl). There is no parking. 5 minutes walk from Neyagawa-shi station. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk, and other convenience stores are within 5 minutes walk. Home door is an auto lock key with a surveillance camera. It is near from station but neighborhood is quiet for residential area, and as it is an old Japanese wooden building, it is not very soundproof. Partying is prohibited at this facility. We hope you can stay calmly and relax.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Check-in is not possible on Sunday.(Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.
