We have a pool and deck with a BBQ in season that we will share. We are close to popular hiking / snowshoeing trails ,wineries and shopping. The Bay of Fundy and many local wineries are only a short drive away. The space is perfect for up to four guests, with a queen and double bed and everything needed for a comfortable stay!

We are also just minutes away from Gaspereau River Tubing, the Wine Bus Tour and many, many other very popular wineries and restaurants. There is plenty of space to entertain both inside and out. New Guesthouse in the Heart of Wolfville

WELCOME to the Guesthouse @ 303! We welcome you to our new Guesthouse. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the kitchen, living and bathroom on the main level make it ideal for families. Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer and a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. No partying or smoking, please!

Enjoy your stay at this beautifully renovated 19th-century farmhouse, with a huge living space, cozy breakfast nook, and a large deck with a beautiful hot tub. Gated and safe for pets and comfortably sleeps up to 9. There is a large yard with a fire pit. Anything beyond the big barn is construction equipment, and my vegetable garden with medicinal herbs. On the Evangeline Trail, minutes from local golf courses, art galleries, theatre, wineries and breweries, local farm markets, & hiking.
