Stilvolles Bauernhaus mit Bergpanorama

Ruhe, Privatsphäre und eine atemberaubende Bergkulisse erwarten Sie an diesem Wohlfühlort. Bauweise, Alter und Geschichte machen seine besondere Ausstrahlung aus. Das ganze Haus ist gepflegt, aber alt. Das Alter macht den Charme aus, bringt aber auch hier einen Kratzer, dort ein Stäubchen, etwas blätternde Farbe und wiederkehrende Spinnweben mit sich. Das Haus wurde im Frühling 2021 massiv renoviert und mit einer Solaranlage ausgestattet. Das Haus ist ideal für Familientreffen oder mit Freunden.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
