From the terrace there is a wonderful 180° view of the church and surrounding mountains (Sauwand, Triebein, Zellerhut, Gemeindealpe, Ötscher). Behind the house, there is an adjoining meadow and forest. Distance to the basilica is about 300 m. The center, shopping and the elevator are within walking distance. A wide range of leisure activities. A floor of the house is rented out, including terrace with southwest view, breakfast area and beach chair for your own use. Parking below the house is free of charge. Artist accommodation.

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

On our property there is a playground and a sandbox that can be shared, as well as a private seating area for guests. Our barbecue area including smoker may be used by appointment! Leisure facility with outdoor pool, beach volleyball court and public playground within 250 m walking distance.

Our house is located in a sunny green location just 1.2 km from the center of St. Anton an der Jeßnitz. The cozy apartment with 90 m² is fully equipped, has a large south balcony and a private entrance. The apartment is used by you alone! This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.
