Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

No neighbors, no traffic,no other buildings visible..Nevertheless, basic shopping in 2 country stores is 2 min away.. The best beach is 3 min. Shopping at the mall is 7 min. Fresh seafood every noon across the bay of Puerto Real.. We now have professional cleaning and disinfection with fogger done after guests leave.
