The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the apartment there are two spacious double rooms, each with a bathroom with shower and toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and towel dryer, an additional separate toilet, large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc. This apartment also has a cozy large living room with couch landscape, satellite TV, and radio with CD player.

The Bergwelt-M vacation home is a 300-year-old farm with a farmhouse, barn and stable (which is no longer used) in Schröcken am Arlberg in a quiet location overlooking the mountains. In the farmhouse there are several renovated and very well equipped apartments and double rooms. In the barn there are very nice and fully equipped mobile homes with carefree sanitary comfort under the motto "barn camping."
