The rural house is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk from the rural sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The location, rich in meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, also with guided tours, traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

A small loft located in central Sardinia. Approximately 60 square meters, with a large window overlooking the valley below. The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.
