We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. We have a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus is at the main train station in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be locked in the garage.

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Our apartment is located in an ideal location, right in the middle of the city of Dusslingen. The train station is only a 5-minute walk or 2 minutes by car. Nearby you will also find a pharmacy and two banks to meet your daily needs. Private parking is at your disposal. The supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away, and next to the apartment you will find a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals. The apartment is on the second floor.

Mimi's Home Dusslingen-Tubingen

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located home. Mimi's Home offers free Wi-Fi and parking is available free of charge. The vacation home has four bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and coffee machine and two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. Towels and linens are included. For more privacy, the property has a separate entrance. Stuttgart Airport is 37 km away.

In-law apartment with garden view and terrace

Ideal for trips to Tübingen or the Alb. Also perfectly equipped for longer stays, for example for commuters. If necessary, the sofa can be folded out so that a 140 × 200 bed surface is created and additional people would have space. For longer stays (>2-3 weeks) it is not suitable for 4 adults. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the village church and you can hear the church bells.
