High-quality, new and very cozy 1-room apartment on the edge of the Swabian Alps. The apartment has a separate entrance, a spacious living/bedroom, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The whole apartment is newly built/renovated. Free parking space right outside the front door. Direct access to the separate terrace with table + chairs and garden. Ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, walking and in summer Öschingen has a great forest outdoor pool.

We welcome you to our charming 3-room apartment in the suburb of Weilheim in Tübingen. We live in a beautiful old farmhouse, which is located in a dead end street. Directly behind our house the field begins. You live with us and our tenants in the house. We share the front door and the staircase, and now and then we hear each other too. Ideal for trips to Tübingen or the Alb. Also perfectly equipped for longer stays, for example for commuters. If necessary, the sofa can be folded out so that a 140 × 200 bed surface is created and additional people would have space. For longer stays (>2-3 weeks) it is not suitable for 4 adults. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the village church and you can hear the church bells.
