Rustic House in Village (10 min drive to beaches)

Country house with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom and covered parking space. The washing machines are shared with the hosts (which are in a separate room of the house). There is a portable barbecue. NO HEATING OR WIFI. The village is very quiet, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting, although just 1 min from the town (1km) where there are supermarkets, services and a municipal swimming pool. Burela, Cangas, and Fazouro beaches are 10 minutes away and Foz is 20 minutes away. CATS ARE PROHIBITED!!

Casa El Cochao, Quirós.

Relax and unwind in a fully renovated 200-year-old house. With all the amenities and total privacy. Close to attractions such as the Senda del Oso (Bear Trail) and with panoramic views of the Las Ubiñas Natural Park. A paradise for hikers and cyclists with multiple routes. The roads are very good, 45 minutes from Oviedo and 50 minutes from Gijon. Although the last 400 meters are for skilled drivers through a narrow track. You can leave the car beforehand and take a pleasant 6-minute walk.

The house is located in a small town on the Asturian west coast, surrounded by nature next to Frejulfe beach and within the Frejulfe Natural Monument itself. Ideal for a quiet stay, enjoying the sea and the surroundings with the family. 5 minutes from the typical fishing village of Puerto de Vega and the Barayo Nature Reserve. 10 minutes from Navia and its coastal path of national tourist interest. A stay in paradise in a unique and exclusive place by the river, forest and beach!!

Excellent accommodation for families. Energy: solar and electricity grid. Not rented to groups. 7.4 Kw electric car charger. (€0.10/Kwh) Five minutes from the A-8 highway exit and 3 km from the capital of the Council, Luarca. All electric and fireplace. WiFi, 1Gb Ethernet, Television. More than six beaches on the coast. It is rented by the week preferably. We only rent to guests with a photo and personal ID recognized by Airbnb. Two bars/restaurants 5 minutes away.

This three-story house has a room with a double bed and three double bedrooms, three bathrooms (two of them en suite), a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with direct access to the garden. The accommodation also has an outdoor grill and a porch to relax and unwind. A minimum stay of 6 nights is required during July and August.

A charming little house in a good location to explore the Asturian coast. Recently renovated, with a fireplace. Quiet area but good connection by national road and highway. A 10-minute drive to Los Quebrantos beach, 20 minutes to the magnificent Salinas beach as well as Avilés, 30 minutes to Gijón or Oviedo. Supermarkets available a few minutes drive away in Soto del Barco and San Juan de la Arena. Ideal for a couple.
