It is located on a quiet street in a residential subdivision with a guardhouse, with the option to enter through the entrance of the Samola condominium. The house is located on the beautiful Lagoinha beach in Ubatuba, just an 8-minute walk to the beach (500 meters).

Walk 50 seconds and you've arrived at the beach. From the chalet you can hear the sound of the sea! Praia da Fortaleza is in the south of Ubatuba and is surrounded by nature. The sea is calm (ideal for children) and in the corner of the beach there is a natural pool where it is possible to interact with small fish. The chalet is ground floor and perfect for couples, families, seniors and people with reduced mobility. The beach has a good structure of kiosks. Access to the beach is easy, taking a parallel road of 8 km and paved.

House with yard - Pet Friendly - 400m beach

Guest house located below my house, in our garden, with entrance, backyard and independent and private parking. The house is in the Samola condominium, with 24-hour concierge, and is 400 meters from Lagoinha Beach. The space features 1 double bed and 3 single beds, a kitchen, living room, private bathroom and outdoor shower. 1 set of bed linens (per bed) and 1 towel per guest are provided. Extra items will be charged separately. We have Wi-Fi and TV. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 p.m.

Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)
